Thank you for submitting an expression of interest for accommodation for a regional Sony Foundation Camp family to enable their child to attend your Sony Foundation Camp.

Please note this is an expression of interest only. Sony Foundation will review eligibility and will be in touch to request additional information or to confirm the outcome.

Eligibility
- The family must have a child attending a Sony Foundation Camp
- The camper’s primary residence must be 100kms or more from their closest Sony Foundation Camp
- Accommodation is available to immediate family or the primary carer/s of the child. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
- Accommodation is only available for the same nights that your Sony Camp will run. Families who live more than 200kms or more from their closest Sony Foundation Camp are eligible to also stay the night prior to Camp commencing if required.
- Expressions of interest must be received at least six weeks prior to the Sony Foundation Camp to assist with securing hotel availability.
- Please note the cost of the accommodation will be invoiced to your School for direct payment and will be reimbursed by Sony Foundation. Accommodation costs only will be covered. Meals/ parking/ other expenses for the duration of the stay will be at the family’s own cost.
