SONY FOUNDATION CHILDREN’S HOLIDAY CAMP
ALUMNI COMMITTEE
Every year over 1,200 high school and university students from across Australia take part in Sony Foundation’s Children’s Holiday Camp program (Sony Camp), allowing over 670 children with disability, and their families, to access free respite. For many, taking on the responsibility of carer, is a unique experience which stays with them and inspires them for a lifetime!
Through harnessing the dynamic, energetic, highly driven and enthusiastic cohort of past companions the Sony Camp Alumni Committee aims to:
- Raise awareness and advocate for Sony Foundation, specifically the Children’s Holiday Camp program;
- Develop and implement innovative fundraising initiatives; and
- Establish a network of emerging professionals to participate in personal and professional development opportunities.
Expressions of interest for our 2022/23 Committees are now open.
The first round of invitations will be offered in September 2022.
Please note, applications to join the Sony Camp Alumni Committee will always be open and warmly welcomed beyond the cut-off date.
